Real projects, already running

AI that reads documents, business apps and hardware that opens real gates. Every project started with a concrete problem; here is what we built and what changed.

Filter by project type

AI & data

AI that reads documents, answers questions, and turns piles of paperwork into data you can actually use.

2025

AI reader for geotechnical reports

Taught an AI to read dense soil and geology reports and pull out the key findings automatically, so engineers stop digging through pages by hand. It runs on its own in the cloud.

Result: Engineers get the key findings without reading every page.

  • OpenAI
  • LangChain
  • Django
  • +44 more: Celery, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, Azure SQL
2025

Medical paperwork scanner

Reads scanned and faxed medical forms and fills in the data automatically. When it isn’t sure, a person double-checks. Less manual typing, no shortcuts with patient data.

Result: Less manual data entry, with a person checking the doubtful cases.

  • Python
  • NLP
  • OCR
  • +11 more: Multi-modal ML
2024–2025

Document data extraction

Ask for a specific detail and the AI finds it across a whole stack of documents — tuned until the answers came back right, consistently.

Result: The right detail found across piles of documents, consistently.

  • Python
  • RAG
  • LangChain
  • +22 more: Embeddings, Prompt engineering
2025

Social media post generator

Feed it an article and it writes ready-to-publish posts for each platform. Less staring at a blank screen, more consistent posting.

Result: Ready-to-publish posts for each platform from a single article.

  • FastAPI
  • Outlines
  • Prompt engineering
  • +22 more: Python, OpenAI
2024–2025

Faster, sturdier data pipelines

Reorganized how company data moves and gets cleaned up: faster, better tested, and far less likely to break. Less “why is this so fragile?” energy.

Result: Data processes that are faster, tested and much harder to break.

  • dbt
  • Airbyte
  • Snowflake
  • +22 more: SQL, ETL

Apps & backends

The apps, systems, and automations that keep a business running day to day.

2025–2026

SEIM — student exchange platform

A complete web platform that runs university exchange programs end to end: applications, content, background tasks, and painless deployment.

Result: Exchange programs run end to end on one platform.

  • Django
  • DRF
  • Vue 3
  • +55 more: Wagtail, Celery, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker
2026

SIES — digital truck inspections

Replaced the paper checklists at a logistics yard’s gate: every truck and load is inspected on screen, with photos, and a supervisor signs off. Nothing gets lost, and any inspection is easy to find later.

Result: No more paper at the gate: every inspection has photos and a sign-off.

2021–2022

Logistics & finance apps

Business apps for logistics and finance companies — major cleanups, faster performance, automatic deployments, and connections to older systems.

Result: Faster apps, automatic deployments and older systems connected.

  • Django
  • ASP.NET
  • Celery
  • +44 more: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, REST, SOAP
2024–2025

Customer follow-up automation

Automated customer follow-ups plus digital loyalty cards for Google and Apple Wallet. Less manual CRM work, better-timed messages customers actually see.

Result: Follow-ups that go out on their own, at the right moment.

  • KEAP
  • Zapier
  • Google Wallet
  • +22 more: Apple Wallet, Python
2026

Cataloqui — inventory for social selling

Inventory for boutiques and concept stores that sell through WhatsApp and Instagram. When two customers want the last piece at the same moment, only one gets it — no overselling, no awkward apologies.

Result: No overselling when two customers want the last piece.

  • FastAPI
  • PostgreSQL
  • Redis
  • +33 more: Taskiq, React, Docker

Hardware & devices

Software that controls real-world things — gates, circuit boards, and vehicle screens.

2021

Smart gate for a gated community

A Raspberry Pi entry system that lets residents open a real neighborhood gate from their phone keypad, with a web app managing who gets in.

Result: Residents open the gate from their phone; the admin controls who gets in.

On every project

What you always get

  • Progress early

You see working pieces within weeks, not one big reveal at the end.

  • The code is yours

You get the code, documentation and access. No lock-in.

  • People in the loop

When the AI isn’t sure, a person checks. And we stay around after launch.
